We collect what we need to position and match you well, and nothing beyond that. Here is how we handle your profile data.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, complete the Vantage onboarding walkthrough, or use Resume Studio and TNT Academy, we collect your name, email address, work history, skills, target roles, location preferences, and optional application contact details.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your profile information is used strictly to score job matches against active listings, generate tailored resumes and cover letters in your portal, and (for Full Vantage members) submit authorized job applications on your behalf. We never sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.
3. Data Control & Contact
You may update your profile at any time inside the Vantage Client Portal or request account deletion by emailing support@taskandtalentnetworks.com.
